ELECTION OF HOSTCOUNTRY POSTPONED
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Danish Footbag Club will host the IFPA European Footbag Championships 2004 on the 15-18 of July in Copenhagen.

At last years EFC meetings, Austria and Denmark clearly proclaimed, that they were ready to host the European Footbag Championships 2004. After a couple of month both countries was not interested any longer and backed out for various reasons. Fortunately Poland offered to step in as last minute backup host country and we thank them a lot for the good spirit and support in this regard. Finally Denmark stepped back in, went for the bid again and got the Euros on the 1'st of December 2003.

We do not want to make any excuses about the late start and we assure you that our work with the organization of this years European Footbag Championships goes according to time schedule and plan. The European Footbag Championships 04 event web site will be launched in late April and has a deadline on the 1'st of May. The entrance in the centre box of Footbag Denmark will get a green colour when it comes alive. During the tournament from the 15-18 of July the entrance will change colours for the last time to show the European Footbag Championships 04 have started.
